Poland as EU Member State and the country belonging to the Schengen travel-free area is bound by common regulations concerning entry and short-term stay.  We recommend the citizens of non-EU countries to check whether they should possess visa to enter and stay in Poland or not. If visa is required, the organizers recommend lodging application for a tourist visa. The organizers will provide letters of invitation upon request to registrants only in the following circumstances: 

Registration is paid in full.
Participants use an e-mail address affiliated with an institution of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education or think-tank.
